RECESSED AIR MOUNT

The Recessed Air Mount provides a high quality, easy to install solution where an air connection is required in a load space or external to the vehicle.

 

• Completely Flush - Does not encroach on a load space, enabling you to maximise the storage area or now have an air connection in a more convenient location you couldn't before. As the fitting is not exposed, it is less susceptible to damage, or damaging other components in your vehicle.
• High Quality Coupler & Fittings - Genuine ARB or Sonsbeek Nitto 400 Series air couplings are utilised, built to last they comprise of high quality stainless steel and brass components. Easy single handed operation means no need to struggle to connect and disconnect. All other connection hardware is also genuine Sonsbeek, with a convenient 90° elbow if space is tight.
• High Quailty Mounting Hardware - All supplied hardware is 304 marine grade stainless steel. Nylon Lock Nuts and a high quality 3D printed retaining ring ensure the mount will remain secure over the toughest terrain and conditions.
• Adaptable - The mount can be installed on any material (metal, plastic or timber) from 1mm up to 23mm thick (3/64" to 29/32").
• Tested - Each individual mount is pressure and leak tested to ensure it's ready to go straight out of the box without issues, making it a dependable solution for when you need to rely on it.
• DIY Installation - Each mount comes with detailed written and video installation instructions, enabling you to install it yourself with the included cutting template sticker.
• Optional Fitting Kit - An optional fitting kit comes with all the tooling necessary to install the mount. (Not required, but makes life easier).
• Optional Billet Pacifier - The optional Billet Pacifier provides additional protection for the air coupler when not in use, or when mounted externally to the vehicle and is exposed to dust and water.

 

The Reccessed Air Mount is available in two types of air fittings:

 

• ARB - Only fits and suits ARB Air Compressors, Tools and Accessories.
• Nitto - Suits most common Air Tools and Compressors.

 

The ARB fitting comes standard with a genuine ARB dust cup, however can be optioned with the billet pacifier to provide additional protection. If you purchase the pacifier, the unit will not come with the ARB dust cap  (Only one can be installed at a time)

 

The Nitto fitting does not come standard with a dust cap, however can also be optioned with the billet pacifier to provide superior protection.

 

Billet pacifiers come with a magnetic key chain in order to securely store it when using the fitting. Replacement pacifiers are available HERE (insert link)
