CARAVAN WATER FILTER KIT

BANKS Exploration have put together this kit as a perfect solution to supply supply and monitor filtered water for you caravan or 4WD. Utilising the proven B.E.S.T™ water filter, all brass fittings, Hoselinks™ drinking water hose and Gardena's flow meter.

 

• The B.E.S.T™ Filter - So good it's literally in the name. We recommend this filter as the first stage in ensuring your caravan or 4WD's water supply is clean and safe to drink.

 

• Drinking Water Hose - We've all at some point drunk water out of garden hose only to be reminded on how bad it tastes. This is why a good quality food grade hose is important. The included 1 meter Hoselink™ drinking water hose extension goes between the filter and caravan/4WD.

 

• Know the Flow - This is where we think the kit really starts to make sense. The B.E.S.T™ filter has a service life of around 5000L, but how do you know when it's near or over that? Sure you could keep a logbook but in reality are you really going to, for a water filter? This is where the Gardena™ Water Flow Meter comes in. Attached to the B.E.S.T™ filter, it can not only monitor the total water that's gone through the filter (so you can know when to replace the filter), you can also monitor a secondary figure such as how much water has actually gone into your tanks, to remove the guessing game when filling up. In addition, you can monitor the flow rate to accurately know how much water you've consumed to monitor exactly how much water you have left, so you don't need to rely on those somtimes inaccurate water tank meters.

 

• High Quality Brass Fittings - All the fittings are high quality brass, to ensure they are robust, don't degrade over time (compared to plastic) and don't add any bad taste to the water.

 

• Mounting Clips - The B.E.S.T™ filter comes with mounting clips that can be installed under your caravan to keep the filter up off the ground. We highly recommend that the filter is removed and stored during transport.

 

• Tested - Each individual filter is pressure and leak tested to ensure it's ready to go straight out of the box without issues, making it a dependable solution for when you need to rely on it.

 

• DIY Installation & Use - Each filter comes with detailed written and video installation instructions, enabling you to install and use it yourself.
